Non-Exempt Associates Mailroom Deliveries of large packages from FedEx or UPS will be delivered and picked up to the respective mailroom. The box sorters will be in Suite 250. There is one mail rooms. Suite 250 mail will be delivered to the mailroom, which is located across from the breakroom. Mailroom Office Supplies Basic office supplies are located in mailroom. Office Depot orders are placed on Wednesdays. Please send requests to Heather Simon. Office Supplies Be Kind To Our Planet And Recycle!! Recycling is available for glass, plastic, aluminum, and paper throughout the office. Glass, plastic, and aluminum containers are located in kitchens and coffee stations. Paper recycling is located at every copier. Recycling Kitchen Equipped with full size refrigerators, freezer, ice maker, microwaves, water coolers, coffee machines, espresso machines, plastic utensils, paper cups, and open market place. Please refrain from heating up popcorn, fish, or anything with a strong odor as it may be offensive to fellow associates The refrigerators will be cleaned out every Friday night (personal items need to be removed or discarded prior to leaving the building on Friday).
