I added the prompts to both tools, and Prezi AI immediately generated an outline while Manus began "thinking."

Before generating a single slide, Prezi AI presented a structured outline with six clearly labeled talking points covering the investor narrative arc, and gave the user full control to edit, reorder, or add sections. That checkpoint matters. It means the AI is building a presentation around your argument, not just filling a template with whatever it decides is relevant.

While Manus was working on the presentation, Prezi AI revealed the presentation design where I was able to make changes to the design and color suggestions.

10 minutes later, Manus delivered a draft presentation but it was nowhere near ready to present. It was heavily data-laden, and also pulled in real company data (NovaSphere AI), even though the prompt never referencing it. The output was structured around NovaSphere's ARR figures, team, and financials. For a generic investor pitch brief, this is a significant prompt fidelity failure. In a real-world scenario, this kind of hallucination could mean presenting someone else's numbers as your own.
